Crust
2 cups crushed graham crackers (or vanilla wafers)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp sugar
Cream Layer
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz (225 g) whipped topping (or whipped cream)
Strawberry Layer
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 pkg (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
Topping
Additional whipped topping for the top
Fresh strawberries for garnish
