Strawberry Cream Delight

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust

Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar.

Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Cream Layer

Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping.

Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

3. Prepare the Strawberry Layer

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir well.

Add cold water and let it cool slightly (should still be liquid but not hot).

Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream layer.

Gently pour gelatin over strawberries.

Refrigerate until gelatin is fully set (about 2–3 hours).

4. Top and Serve

Spread remaining whipped topping on top.

Garnish with extra strawberries.

Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best flavor.

Variations

✔ Strawberry Shortcake Style – Add a layer of vanilla sponge cake under the cream layer.
✔ Chocolate Twist – Drizzle melted chocolate or add a chocolate cookie crust.
