Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Description

Tender chicken breasts coated in a golden, cheesy crust and topped with a luscious garlic cream sauce. It’s perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or a special occasion meal.

Ingredients (Serves 4)
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 eggs, beaten

3 tbsp olive oil (or a mix of olive oil & butter for frying)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp flour

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
