Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
6 large flour tortillas (10-inch burrito size)
6 slices bacon (cooked crisp, crumbled)
1 small onion (diced)
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato (diced)
Pickles (sliced, optional)
For the Creamy Cheese Finish:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups milk (warm)
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
