Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito with a Creamy Cheese Finish

Instructions

Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

Prepare Bacon: Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, and set aside.

Assemble Burritos:

Lay out tortillas.

Add a scoop of beef mixture, some bacon, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.

Roll tightly into burritos.

Make Cheese Sauce:

In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and cook 1 minute.

Slowly whisk in warm milk until smooth.

Stir in shredded cheddar, season with salt and pepper.

Finish & Serve:

Place burritos seam-side down on a plate.

Spoon warm cheese sauce generously over the top.

Serve hot, optionally with fries or onion rings on the side.

Tips & Variations:

Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you like spice.

Add sautéed mushrooms and onions for a steakhouse-style twist.
