Garlic Chicken Lo Mein
Ingredients
For the Chicken

1 lb (450g) chicken breast, thinly sliced

For the Sauce

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2–3 tbsp chicken broth or water

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp sesame oil

4–5 garlic cloves, minced
-
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
For the Lo Mein

8 oz (225g) lo mein noodles or spaghetti
-
1 tbsp oil
-
1 cup carrots, julienned
-
1 cup cabbage, shredded (or broccoli)
-
1 bell pepper, sliced
-
2 green onions, sliced
