Prep the Chicken

Toss sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.

Set aside for 10 minutes.

Mix the Sauce

Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, broth, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and chili flakes.

Stir until smooth.

Cook the Noodles

Boil noodles until just tender. Drain and set aside.

Stir-Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a large pan or wok.

Add chicken and cook until lightly golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.

Cook the Veggies

In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed.

Add carrots, cabbage/broccoli, and bell pepper.

Stir-fry 2–3 minutes until just tender.

Combine Everything

Add chicken back in.

Add cooked noodles.

Pour the sauce over and toss quickly on high heat for 1–2 minutes, until glossy and fully coated.

Add green onions and toss once more.

Serve hot.
