4 slices of bologna (thick-cut works best)
4 slices of sandwich bread (white, rye, or sourdough)
2 slices American cheese (or cheddar/Swiss)
2 tbsp butter (softened)
1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)
1–2 slices tomato (optional)
2 leaves crisp lettuce (optional)
