Easy Cheddar Cheese Rolls
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp melted butter
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar works best)
1 egg (for egg wash, optional)
