Chocolate Fondant

1๏ธโƒฃ ๐Ÿซ Prepare the chocolate and butter:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Mix well until smooth.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy.

Add the melted chocolate and butter to the egg and sugar mixture. Mix gently.

Sifted the flour into the batter and mix gently to avoid deflating it.

Lightly grease individual molds and pour in the batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) for 10-12 minutes. The tops should be cooked but the centers should be gooey.
