Chicken Pot Pie Bake – Full Recipe

Ingredients

For the filling

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp thyme or Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the topping

Choose one:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, cut into quarters
    OR

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, cut into squares
    OR

  • Homemade biscuit dough
