Description

Ingredients
For the burritos:

1 can (15 oz) refried beans or black beans

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

1.5 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix)

6–8 large flour tortillas
For the sauce:

1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheese

Optional: a few tablespoons salsa for extra flavor
