Banana Vacuum-Seal Surprise Bread
I vacuum sealed 3 bananas for no reason. When I cut the bag open a few days later, they were perfectly overripe — exactly what you want for the richest, moistest banana bread. Sometimes the best recipes start with a “why did I do that?” moment. This one turns accidental banana storage into a sweet, fragrant loaf that disappears slice by slice.
Ingredients
3 very ripe bananas (vacuum sealed or just naturally ripened)
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar (or up to 3/4 cup if you like it sweeter)
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
