Ingredients (Serves 6–8)
1½ lbs ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
3 cans (15 oz each) baked beans
½ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
6–8 slices bacon (or 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping)
