Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 400–500 g smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into rounds

  • 500 g baby potatoes (or regular potatoes, cubed)

  • 300 g fresh green beans, trimmed

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or thyme + oregano)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice, fresh parsley
