Pico de Gallo (also known as salsa fresca) is a chunky, uncooked salsa made from fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeño, cilantro, lime, and salt. It’s bright, refreshing, and adds a burst of flavor to tacos, grilled meats, nachos, or even eggs.
Ingredients:

4 ripe Roma tomatoes, finely diced
