Instructions

Cook the meat: In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with onion until fully cooked. Add garlic and cook another minute. Drain excess fat.

Mix the sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer 5 minutes.

Prepare creamy layer: In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.

Assemble the casserole:

Spread half the noodles in a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Add half the meat mixture, then half the creamy mixture, followed by a sprinkle of cheese.

Repeat layers, finishing with cheese on top.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more, until bubbly and golden.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
