Toss broccoli and cream cheese in the slow cooker for a hearty, no-fuss mea

Instructions

Load the Slow Cooker

Add broccoli, onion, garlic, broth, salt, pepper, and paprika to the slow cooker. Stir gently.

Cook

Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until broccoli is very tender.

Blend

Add cream cheese (and cheddar if using). Stir until melted.

Use an immersion blender to puree until smooth and creamy (or leave a bit chunky if preferred).

Serve

Ladle into bowls, garnish with extra cheese, croutons, or fresh herbs.
