Three Chocolate Mousse Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Base

200 g (7 oz) digestive biscuits or Oreo cookies (without cream)

80 g (5 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted

Dark Chocolate Mousse

150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate (70%)

250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, chilled

2 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp water (or 2 gelatin sheets)

Milk Chocolate Mousse

150 g (5 oz) milk chocolate

250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, chilled

2 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp water (or 2 gelatin sheets)

White Chocolate Mousse

150 g (5 oz) white chocolate

250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream, chilled

2 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp water (or 2 gelatin sheets)
