Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, cooked pasta, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheddar cheese until well combined.
Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese and crushed crackers.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
