Instructions:
Preheat oven: to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
Add butter: Cut in cold butter with a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add cheese & milk: Stir in cheddar cheese, then pour in milk. Mix just until dough comes together — don’t overmix.
Shape biscuits: Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet (about 8–10 biscuits).
Bake: 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over warm biscuits right after baking.
Serving Tip:
