Instructions:

  1. Make the Keto Bread (Microwave or Bake):

    • In a small microwave-safe dish, whisk together almond flour, melted butter, egg, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

    • Microwave for 90 seconds, or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, until set.

    • Let it cool slightly, then slice it horizontally into two bread pieces.

  2. Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

    • Butter one side of each bread slice.

    • Place one slice (buttered side down) in the pan, layer the cheese, then top with the second slice (buttered side up).

  3. Grill to Perfection:

    • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and crispy, and the cheese melts.


Tips for the Best Texture:
