Instructions
Mashed Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15–20 minutes).
Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy. Cover and keep warm.
Asparagus
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 12–15 minutes until tender-crisp.
Steak
Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steaks and sear 3–4 minutes per side (for medium-rare, adjust to your liking).
During the last minute, add butter, garlic, onion, and bell peppers. Spoon melted butter over the steaks as they finish cooking.
Remove and let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
Shrimp
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Toss in shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink.
Finish with lemon juice.
Assemble Plate
Serve steak topped with sautéed peppers and onions.
Add a side of mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and garlic butter shrimp.
Tip: Drizzle extra pan juices from the steak and shrimp over your mashed potatoes for maximum flavor!
