Supersaftiger Pflaumenkuchen vom Blech mit Streuseln

 

Ingredients (for 1 baking sheet)

For the yeast dough:

500 g wheat flour

1 cube fresh yeast (42 g) or 1 packet dry yeast

250 ml lukewarm milk

70 g sugar

80 g butter (soft)

1 egg

1 pinch salt

For the topping:

about 1.5 – 2 kg plums (pitted and halved)

2 tbsp sugar (for sprinkling)

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

For the streusel:

200 g flour

120 g sugar

120 g butter (cold, in cubes)

1 packet vanilla sugar
