Instructions
1. Heat the cream
Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan and heat on medium-low.
2. Add butter + sweetener
Stir in:

Keep stirring until everything melts together.
3. Simmer gently
Let it cook on a low simmer for about 25–35 minutes, stirring often.
It will reduce and thicken — like real sweetened condensed milk.
4. Cool
Once thickened, remove from the heat.
It will thicken more as it cools.
