If sugar cookies and fudge were to have a baby, this recipe is it. 2 of my Christmas favorites in one! Holy moly

Instructions

Prep pan

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang to lift the fudge out later.

Melt base

In a saucepan over low heat, stir together white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and melted. Remove from heat.

Flavor

Stir in vanilla extract and fold in half of the crushed sugar cookies.

Pour & top

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs and festive sprinkles over the top, pressing lightly so they stick.

Chill

Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.

Slice & enjoy

Lift out by the parchment, cut into small squares, and serve.

Tip: Swap sugar cookies for shortbread or snickerdoodles for a fun twist.
