Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and let cool slightly.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Spread about 1 cup of pasta sauce in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Fill each shell with cooked ground beef and place in the baking dish.
Spoon the remaining sauce over the shells.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end if you want a golden-brown cheese topping.
