Snickers Peanut Butter Cookies

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
5. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers candy bars until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.
6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Press additional Snickers pieces onto the tops of the dough balls if desired.
7. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
