Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble bites:
Place half the pretzels on the baking sheet.
Top each with a cube of cheddar cheese.
Place another pretzel on top, gently pressing down to make a little sandwich.
Brush & season:
Brush tops with melted butter.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
Bake:
Bake for 6–8 minutes, until cheese is melted and gooey.
Serve:
Let cool slightly (the cheese will set just enough to hold them together).
