2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
Salt & black pepper, to taste
2 cups cooked white rice (for serving)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
