Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

Instructions

Prepare the slow cooker: Lightly grease the insert with cooking spray or a little butter.

Season the beef: In a large bowl, toss beef bites with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning until coated.

Mix garlic butter: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Assemble: Add beef bites and potatoes into the slow cooker. Pour the garlic butter mixture over everything and toss to coat well.

Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until beef is fork-tender and potatoes are fully cooked.

Finish & serve: Stir gently, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Tips

Add carrots or green beans in the last hour of cooking for a more complete one-pot meal.

For extra richness, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the dish before serving.

If you like a thicker sauce, whisk in 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water, stir it into the slow cooker, and cook uncovered for 15 minutes before serving.
