Instructions
1. Make the glaze
In a bowl, whisk together:

apricot preserves
-
Dijon mustard
-
brown sugar
-
apple cider vinegar
-
garlic powder
-
black pepper
Set aside.
2. Prepare the ham

Place the spiral ham cut-side down in the slow cooker.

Pour the glaze all over the top and between slices.

Spoon some glaze from the bottom over the ham.
3. Cook
Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours
or
on HIGH for 2–3 hours,
until the ham is hot throughout and tender.
4. Finish

Spoon the warm glaze from the slow cooker over the ham before serving.

Slice and serve warm.
Optional Add-Ins

1–2 cups pineapple chunks

A splash of orange juice
-
A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
