Instructions
Prep the potatoes:
Wash and scrub potatoes (peeling optional).
Slice into 1/8–1/4 inch rounds for even cooking.
Season:
In a large bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Air fry:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange slices in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flip, then cook another 6–8 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley or Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
