Simple Ice Cream Recipe

Instructions
Whip the cream:

In a large mixing bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

Mix the base:

In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Fold together:

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, keeping as much air as possible for a fluffy texture.

Freeze:

Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.

Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.

Serve:

Scoop and enjoy as is, or add your favorite toppings.

Flavor Variations:

Chocolate: Add ½ cup cocoa powder to the condensed milk before mixing.

Strawberry: Swirl in 1 cup chopped strawberries or strawberry sauce before freezing.

Cookie Dough: Fold in chunks of edible cookie dough.
