Instructions
Whip the cream:
In a large mixing bowl, beat cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
Mix the base:
In a separate bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Fold together:
Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture, keeping as much air as possible for a fluffy texture.
Freeze:
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
Serve:
Scoop and enjoy as is, or add your favorite toppings.
Flavor Variations:
Chocolate: Add ½ cup cocoa powder to the condensed milk before mixing.
Strawberry: Swirl in 1 cup chopped strawberries or strawberry sauce before freezing.
Cookie Dough: Fold in chunks of edible cookie dough.
