Instructions
1. Cook the Sausage

In a large pot, add sliced sausage and cook until browned.

Remove and set aside, leaving the flavorful grease in the pot.
2. Sauté the Vegetables

Add butter, onion, and garlic.

Cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add Potatoes

Stir in the diced potatoes.

Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper.
4. Pour in Broth
-
Add the chicken broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15–20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
5. Add Sausage & Shrimp
-
Return the sausage to the pot.

Add shrimp and cook 3–5 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
6. Taste & Serve

Adjust seasoning if needed.

Garnish with parsley or green onions.
Serve hot with cornbread, crusty bread, or rice!
