Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
Trim the stem ends, remove any damaged outer leaves, and slice each sprout in half. -
Season:
In a bowl, toss the sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). -
Roast:
Spread them out in a single layer on the baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges. -
Finish and Serve:
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lemon juice for brightness (optional). Serve immediately.
