Marinate the Feta:
Place feta cubes in a shallow dish or airtight container. Pour the citrus-spice mixture over the cheese, making sure it’s well coated. -
Let It Rest:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours to let the flavors infuse. -
Serve:
Bring to room temperature before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs and a crack of black pepper.
