Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble the sandwiches:
Slice rolls open and layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and 2 slices of provolone in each. Add banana peppers if you like. -
Make the topping:
Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan, and Italian dressing. -
Brush generously over the tops of the rolls.

Wrap sandwiches in foil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the subs are hot.

Optional:
Open the foil and bake 2–3 minutes uncovered for extra toasted tops. -
Serve immediately — feel free to add lettuce and tomato after baking.
