Polish Kielbasa Casserole

Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook kielbasa & veggies:

In a skillet, melt butter or heat oil.

Sauté onions until soft, about 3–4 minutes.

Add kielbasa slices and garlic, cooking until lightly browned.

Mix sauce:

In a large bowl, stir together cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, pepper, and paprika.

Add cooked pasta (or potatoes), kielbasa mixture, and 1 cup cheese. Mix until combined.

Assemble casserole:

Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle with extra cheese and breadcrumbs (if using).

Bake:

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden top.

Serve:

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Tips:

Swap cheddar for smoked gouda or mozzarella for different flavors.

Add peas, bell peppers, or sauerkraut for a Polish twist.
