Pizza Bombs – Extra Cheese & Pepperoni

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble Bombs:

Flatten a biscuit or dough piece into a small circle.

Place 2–3 pepperoni slices in the center.

Add 1 tsp marinara sauce and 1–2 tbsp mozzarella.

Fold dough over filling, pinch edges tightly, and roll into a ball.

Arrange: Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Butter Topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Brush over each pizza bomb.

Bake: 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.
