Instructions
Preheat Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare Bread:
If using French bread: slice in half lengthwise.
If using pizza dough: roll out into a rectangle about 10×14 inches.
Assemble:
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bread/dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously.
Add pepperoni slices on top.
Roll or Layer:
For pizza dough: roll tightly from the long side into a log.
Pinch seams to seal.
For French bread: keep it open-faced or sandwich the halves together.
Season: Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Bake: Place on a baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes (until golden and cheese is melted).
If using dough, bake 25–30 minutes.
Serve: Let cool slightly, slice into pieces, garnish with parsley, and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Optional Upgrades:
Add sautéed onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers.
Drizzle with ranch or spicy marinara after baking.
Make it pull-apart style by cutting dough into strips, stacking with cheese and pepperoni, then baking in a loaf pan.
