Instructions
Melt the Base
In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in Peanut Butter
Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter until well combined.
Add the Cereal
Pour in the Rice Krispies and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated with the marshmallow-peanut butter mixture.
Press into Pan
Transfer mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Use a buttered spatula or wax paper to press down evenly (don’t pack too tightly or they’ll be hard).
Cool & Cut
Let set at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
Optional Upgrade: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top before cutting — peanut butter + chocolate = perfection.
