Pancake Bread with Cheesy Scrambled Eggs and Crispy Bacon
Ingredients:
For the Pancake Bread:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups milk
2 large eggs
3 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for greasing)
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Cheesy Scrambled Eggs:
6 large eggs
¼ cup milk or cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp butter
For the Bacon:
8 slices of bacon
