No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls

Instructions

Mix Base
In a large bowl, beat together:
Cream cheese
Peanut butter
Vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
until smooth and creamy.
Add Sugar
Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing well until fully combined and slightly thickened.
Stir in Crumbs
Fold in crushed graham crackers or cookies. Mixture should be thick enough to roll into balls. If too soft, chill for 15–20 minutes.
Form Balls
Scoop and roll into 1-inch balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
Optional Add-Ins
Roll in mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or more cookie crumbs.
OR dip in melted chocolate and let them set on parchment paper.
Chill
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to firm up. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
