Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Base

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.

Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
2. Add Crumbs

Add crushed graham crackers (or cookies).

Mix until a soft dough forms — it should be firm enough to roll.
3. Chill the Mixture

Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
4. Roll Into Balls

Scoop about 1 tablespoon per ball.

Roll between your hands until smooth.
5. Coat (Optional but delicious)
Roll in:

Chocolate
-
Peanut crumbs
-
Graham crumbs
-
Mini chips
-
Or dip the whole ball in melted chocolate for a truffle finish.
6. Chill & Serve

Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, or freeze for firmer bites.
