No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls

Instructions
Make the filling:

In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter until smooth.

Add powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs; mix until well combined and dough-like.

Shape:

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (this makes dipping easier).

Melt chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with shortening in 30-second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.

Dip:

Using a fork or toothpick, dip each ball into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.

Return to parchment-lined sheet.

Set:

Chill until chocolate is firm, about 1 hour.

Tips for Perfection:

For extra crunch, stir chopped roasted peanuts into the filling.

Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor or white chocolate for a sweet twist.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
