No-Bake Chocolate Éclair Cake

Instructions
Make the pudding filling

In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

Layer the dessert

In a 9×13-inch dish, place a single layer of graham crackers.

Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers.

Add another layer of crackers, then the rest of the pudding mixture.

Finish with one more cracker layer.

Top with frosting

Microwave the frosting (without the foil) for 15–20 seconds until soft.

Spread evenly over the top cracker layer.

Chill

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best) so crackers soften into cake-like layers.

Serve

Slice into squares and enjoy the creamy, chocolatey goodness.
