Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a large baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Season the Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, marjoram, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, potatoes, and onion. Toss until evenly coated.

Arrange for Baking:
Place the chicken thighs skin-side up in the baking dish. Spread the potatoes and onions around them.

Bake:
Roast for 45–50 minutes, flipping the potatoes halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked through and the potatoes are tender and crisp.

Finish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
Serve with a side of sour cream or a crisp cucumber salad for a true Polish touch.
