Instructions

Cook the Beef

In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.

Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Mix the Filling

Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, corn, and ½ cup cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Casserole

Spread beef mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.

Arrange tater tots evenly on top.

Bake

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35–40 minutes, until tots are golden and crispy.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on top during the last 5 minutes.

Serve

Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
