Instructions
Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar or honey, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.
Cook vegetables: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and water or broth; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until just tender.
Add mushrooms: Stir in mushrooms, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until mushrooms soften.
Add sauce: Pour sauce into the pan and stir to coat vegetables evenly. Cook for 1–2 minutes until sauce thickens.
Finish and serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Tip:
For extra protein, add tofu, chicken, or shrimp during cooking.
